Through the years we have created and delivered a wide range of training and courses for statutory, private and voluntary sectors. Themes included, Effective Risk Assessments, Multi-agency teams, Working with 'hard-to-reach' adolescents, and Integrated interventions.

Our team is experienced in supporting to create effective contextual safeguarding structures to minimise risks. We provide consultation for Local Authorities, Private companies and NGOs working within the field of Care. We proudly specialise in community liaison and youth work. 

At Esimi Services we have developed and delivered bespoke packages for CYP to stay safer in their communities. Our sessions look at mentoring, Self-esteem, Identity, financial intelligence, Safety Planning, Conflict and Anger Management, Healthy Relationships, Addictions and Peer Pressure among other themes.  

We have a good understanding of GGRRAACCEESS and diversity in the community. Through the years we have coproduce many programs, courses and services to meet the needs of the communities and the families living there. 

Our parenting programs are empowering, none-judgemental and create positive changes in family dynamics and relationships. 

We have embarked on a new journey of re-writing history to reflect reality and uplift young minds. Our team is proudly connected to many young writers and we are able to facilitate Creative Therapeutic Workshops for CYP, with the objective to empower and support nurturing identity and understand diversity.
